The production period takes approximately3 to 4 weeks,and orderswill be shipped within about one month from the order date.If shipping is temporarily suspended due to special circumstances, an announcement will be made on the official website and official Instagram.

4. Returns & Exchanges
⌳Customers who purchase from the official website are entitled to a seven-day appreciation period in accordance with Article 19 of Taiwan’s Consumer Protection Act. Please note that this is not a trial period.
⌳Once wigs or toupees have been opened, returns will not be accepted for reasons based on personal preference or subjective dissatisfaction.
⌳ When opening your package, please record a video and take photos throughout the entire process. This will help provide evidence in case of product defects, damage during delivery, or discrepancies with your order, ensuring the rights of both parties are protected.
⌳Please message our official LINE account within the seven-day appreciation period.Please provide your phone number, name, order number, photos, and video recording.After we confirm the condition of the product, we will provide further assistance. Please note that requests submitted after this period cannot be processed. Thank you for your understanding.
⌳ If you need to return or exchange a product, please first contact our customer service through the official LINE account. The request must be made within the seven-day appreciation period, which starts from the day after you receive the product. The product must remain brand new and unused.The product must be unopened andunwashed.

When returning a product, please send back the product itself, tags, accessories, physical gifts, and the original product packaging box. The outer delivery bag does not need to be included.
⌳ Refund Process
1. Message our official LINE account and provide your name, phone number, order number, and photos and video of the product.We will first need to confirm the current condition of the product with you.
2. After confirming the condition of the product, we will assist you with the following return or exchange process.
⌳ Refunds will be processed on the Tuesday following the week we receive the returned product. If that day falls on a national holiday, the refund will be postponed to the following week. No further notification will be sent after the refund is completed.
⌳ If you apply for a partial return or refund, and the remaining order amount no longer meets the requirements of the original promotion, the original promotional offer will no longer apply.
